Wright Connector provides AI-powered communication services for local businesses, including an AI voice receptionist that answers calls 24/7, SMS alert notifications about handled calls, and website development. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. SMS Terms

Program name: Wright Connector alerts. Program description: When our AI receptionist answers a call you cannot take, we send a text message alert with the caller's message — a standard notification for routine messages, or an urgent notification when the caller indicates the matter is time-sensitive.

By providing your phone number and consenting — verbally during a demonstration or otherwise — you expressly agree to receive these SMS text messages from Wright Connector. Message frequency varies based on call activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. User Responsibilities
